1. Carat แอพสำหรับเชฟแบตเพื่อให้ประหยัดแบตมากขึ้น แอพนี้จะคอยช่วยเตือนปริมาณแบตเตอรี่ที่เหลือแต่บางออฟชั่นกลับทำให้แบตหมดเร็วขึ้น เช่นออฟชั่นเกี่ยวกับการติดตามที่ตั้ง ( location services tracker)
2. เฟสบุ๊คแอฟ(Facebook) แอพที่เราเราใช้เล่นกันทุกวันนั้นเอง ถึงแม้เวลาเรากดออกจากหน้าแอพแต่มันยังทำงานอยู่โดยรีเฟรชตลอดจากการคำนวณพบว่า 15นาทีของแอพเฟสบุ๊คโดยไม่มีเปิดคลิปวิดิโอใช้ข้อมูลถึง 5 เมกะบิตเลยทีเดียว
3. แผนที่(Maps) แอพเกี่ยวกับแผนที่ โดยเฉพาะกูเกิลแมพ(Google Maps) กินแบตเตอรี่มือถือมากเมื่อเปิด GPS หาที่ตั้งเราไปด้วย ในเวลา 10 นาที กูเกิลแมพจะใช้ทรัพยากรมากถึง 6 เมกะบิต
4. หากเปิดไว้ผลาญแบตแน่ๆ ไม่เชื่อลองดูได้ โดยเฉพาะหากเปิด geolocation services ด้วยยิ่งเปลืองแบตมาก  (หากใช้ iOS ปิดโดยกดปุ่มโฮมสองครั้งแล้วเลือกปิด)
5. Weather แอพสำหรับตรวจสอบสภาพอากาศ ซึ่งจะรีเฟรชตลอดหากคุณย้ายไปไหนมาไหนมันก็จะคำนวณสภาพอากาศตลอดทำให้เปลือง
6. Skype เช่นเดียวกับแอพเฟสบุ๊ค หากไม่ทำการปิดแอพนี้ จะยังทำงานอยู่บนพื้นหลัง และจะยังไม่ตัดการเชื่อมต่อ
7. Twitter จะเห็นได้ว่าแอพสังคมออนไลน์มันผลาญแบตจริงจริง มันจะคอยรีเฟรชหากคุณไม่ได้ปิดมันลง
8. Square Wallet แอพสำหรับรวบรวมการชำระเงินตามร้านอาหารต่างๆ แอพนี้จะใช้geo-fencing กินทรัพยากรข้อมูลประมาณ 6 เมกะบิตทุกๆ 10 นาที หากเปิดไว้แอพนี้จะอัพเดตตัวเองบ่อยๆ ทำให้ส่งผลต่อแบตเตอรี่
9. Angry Birds แอพเกมฟรี มาพร้อมกับโฆษณา(ประชด)  มันกินพลังงานแบตของคุณอย่างไม่คาดคิด ใช้ไปกับภาพ3D ของเกม โฆษณเด้งขึ้นมาในเวอร์ชั่นฟรี ลองเข้าไปอ่านคำอธิบายใน แอพสโตร์หรือกูเกิลเพลย์ดู จะรู้ว่าใช้ข้อมูลมากแค่ไหน
